\"\"<\/a>Duo Designs, Inc<\/strong>. is a creative mother-daughter team sharing their love of needlework <\/strong>with others.\u00a0 The designs presented here offer a wide selection of needlework techniques, including cross stitch<\/strong>, needlepoint,<\/strong> and dimensional embroidery<\/strong>,\u00a0 that will be of interest to the novice and the experienced needleworker as well.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to not only\u00a0introduce the needleworker to fabulous specialty threads <\/strong>and combine them with sundry needlework techniques, but also use some of the\u00a0fibers that have stood the test of time, such as\u00a0DMC <\/strong>and Anchor stranded cotton floss <\/strong>and pearl cotton, sundry silks, metallics <\/strong>, and many, many more too numerous to mention.\u00a0\u00a0New threads are\u00a0constantly hitting the marketplace. \u00a0Some stitches are old standards and some stitches provide a unique twist or application.<\/p>\n

Our designs are available through your local needlework shop.\u00a0\u00a0 Your favorite shop can contact us for full details on obtaining these designs either through the e-mail address provided, telephone or by snail mail, or contact us direct for more information.<\/p>\n

Education<\/strong> is very important to us and we are continually teaching.\u00a0 Sandy is a certified national Master teacher <\/strong>and teaches at ANG (American Needlepoint Guild) and<\/strong> EGA (Embroidery Guild of America) Guilds <\/strong>at the chapter, local and national levels.<\/p>\n

Additionally, we will be providing a schedule of online classes <\/strong>conducted from this website in the near future.\u00a0 We will also post those classes that are being conducted online by various chapters as well as correspondence courses, etc., posted by ANG<\/strong>.\u00a0 Stay tuned.<\/p>\n
